Single-side double-hydraulic-cylinder driving device for flat turning type movable bridge
The invention relates to a single-side double-hydraulic-cylinder driving device for a flat-turning type movable bridge, and is suitable for a double-cantilever movable span flat-turning type movable bridge. The device comprises a slewing bearing, two hydraulic cylinders and a hydraulic control oil way, the slewing bearing is mounted between a bridge movable span and a bridge pier base and used for bearing the weight of the bridge movable span and meeting the flat-turning movement of the bridge movable span, the hydraulic control oil way is used for controlling the pushing speed and pushing force of the hydraulic cylinders, one end of a hydraulic cylinder push rod is hinged to the bridge movable span, one end of a hydraulic cylinder barrel is hinged to the pier base, and the hydraulic control oil way drives the hydraulic cylinder push rod to do linear motion so that rotation of the bridge movable span is achieved, namely opening and closing of the bridge are achieved. The two hydraulic cylinders are arranged in a diagonal quadrant mode, hinge points of the two hydraulic cylinders and a pier base are arranged on the same side of a bridge movable span, and synchronous driving is achieved through control of a hydraulic oil way. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages that the slewing bearing loss is reduced, the reliability is high, the stress is stable, the space is saved and the like.
本发明涉及一种平转式开启桥用单侧双液压缸驱动装置,适用于双悬臂活动跨平转式开启桥,包括回转支承,两个液压缸和液压控制油路,回转支承安装在桥活动跨和桥墩底座之间,用以支承桥活动跨重量以及满足桥活动跨的平转运动,液压控制油路用来控制液压缸推动速度和推动力,液压缸推杆一端与桥活动跨铰接,液压缸缸筒一端与桥墩底座铰接,液压控制油路驱动液压缸推杆做直线运动,从而实现桥活动跨的旋转,即开启桥的开闭;两个液压缸采用对角象限布置方式,与桥墩底座的铰接点设于桥活动跨的同一侧,通过液压油路控制实现同步驱动。与现有技术相比,本发明具有减小回转支承损耗且可靠性高,受力平稳,节省空间等优点。
