The invention relates to a double-side single hydraulic cylinder driving device for a flat turning type movable bridge. The double-side single hydraulic cylinder driving device comprises a slewing bearing, two hydraulic cylinders and a hydraulic control oil circuit, wherein the slewing bearing is arranged between a bridge movable span and a bridge pier base and is used for bearing the weight of the bridge movable span and meeting the flat turning movement of the bridge movable span; the hydraulic control oil circuit is used for controlling the pushing speed and pushing force of the hydraulic cylinders so as to meet the movement condition requirements in the rotating process of the bridge movable span, one ends of push rods of the hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the bridge movable span, one ends of cylinder barrels of the hydraulic cylinders are hinged to the bridge pier base, and the hydraulic control oil circuit drives the push rods of the hydraulic cylinders to do linear motion, so that rotation of the bridge movable span is achieved, that is, opening and closing of the movable bridge are realized; and the two hydraulic cylinders are arranged in diagonal quadrants correspondingly, and are in central symmetry with respect to an intersection point of a central axis of the slewing bearing and mounting planes of the hydraulic cylinders, and synchronous driving is realized through control of the hydraulic control oil circuit. Compared with the prior art, the double-side single hydraulic cylinder driving device for the flat turning type movable bridge has the advantages that the slewing bearing loss is reduced, the reliability is high, the stress is stable, the space is saved and the like.
本发明涉及一种平转式开启桥用双侧单液压缸驱动装置,包括回转支承,两个液压缸和液压控制油路,回转支承安装在桥活动跨和桥墩底座之间,用以支承桥活动跨重量及满足桥活动跨的平转运动,液压控制油路用来控制液压缸推动速度和推动力,以满足桥活动跨转动过程中的运动条件要求,液压缸推杆一端与桥活动跨铰接,液压缸缸筒一端与桥墩底座铰接,液压控制油路驱动液压缸推杆做直线运动,从而实现桥活动跨的旋转,即开启桥的开闭;两个液压缸分别在对角象限布置,以回转支承的中心轴线与液压缸的安装平面交点中心对称,通过液压油路控制实现同步驱动。与现有技术相比,本发明具有减小回转支承损耗且可靠性高,受力平稳,节省空间等优点。
