When the under-bridge road condition is poor in accessibility or a working platform is not set up and a lifting maintenance car is not arranged, the maintenance car has high accessibility. The telescopic assembly enables the position of the maintenance platform frame relative to the upper platform frame to be adjustable, and the maintenance vehicle descends the maintenance platform through the telescopic assembly so as to meet the requirement for maintenance of the straddle type monorail support.
