The invention relates to equipment and a method for forming a horizontal curtain based on MICP solidified soil. The equipment comprises a horizontal flow guide system, a water injection seepage system, a point-shaped liquid collection system and a detection and filtering system, wherein the horizontal flow guide system is provided with a guide pipe, a dendritic horizontal flow guide pipe and a guide head, the water injection seepage system is provided with a water injection well, the point-shaped liquid collection system comprises a water pumping well, the detection and filtering system is connected to the point-shaped liquid collection system and comprises a bacterium detector and a filtering device, the filtering device is connected with the guide pipe through a liquid storage device, the water injection well and the water pumping well form a seepage path, and the dendritic horizontal flow guide pipe is arranged on the seepage path. Compared with the prior art, the horizontal anti-seepage curtain with a good effect can be formed, the horizontal anti-seepage curtain is combined with a subsequent vertical curtain, the foundation pit dewatering requirement can be met, underground water resource protection and ground subsidence control are achieved, meanwhile, energy conservation and emission reduction can be achieved by adopting microbiological treatment instead of chemical treatment, and the method is simple, convenient and easy to implement and easy to popularize to engineering.
本发明涉及一种基于MICP固化土壤形成水平帷幕的设备和方法,包括水平导流系统、注水渗流系统、点状集液系统和检测过滤系统;水平导流系统具有导向管、树枝状水平导流管和引导头;注水渗流系统具有注水井;点状集液系统包括具有抽水井;检测过滤系统连接于点状集液系统上,包括细菌检测仪和过滤装置,过滤装置通过储液器与导向管相连;注水井与抽水井形成渗流路径,树枝状水平导流管设置于渗流路径上。与现有技术相比,本发明能够形成一个效果良好的水平减渗帷幕,配合后续的竖向帷幕,能满足基坑降水需求、实现地下水资源保护和地面沉降控制,同时采用微生物处理而非化学处理还能节能减排,方法简便易行,易于向工程推广。
