The invention discloses a method for reducing MICP solidified soil perfusion times. The method comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out amplification culture on bacillus pasteurii for later use; s2, a cementing liquid is prepared for standby application, the cementing liquid is a mixed liquid of calcium chloride and urea, and an enhancer is a flocculating agent; and S3, after the stationary liquid is poured into the soil, the cultured bacterial liquid is poured, finally, the prepared cementing liquid is poured in a circulating mode, and an enhancer is added into the cementing liquid. According to the invention, the reinforcer is added in the MICP, so that loose soil can be quickly cured and formed, certain unconfined compressive strength is achieved, and compared with a conventional MICP method, the grouting frequency can be greatly reduced, so that the construction is convenient, and materials are saved; the method disclosed by the invention is simple, convenient, feasible, environment-friendly, short in curing period and resource-saving, and has a promoting effect on promoting the application of the MICP in the engineering field.
本发明公开了一种减少MICP固化土灌注次数的方法,包括步骤如下:S1,将巴氏芽孢杆菌扩大培养后待用;S2,配置胶结液后待用,胶结液为氯化钙、尿素混合液,强化剂为絮凝剂;S3,在土中灌注固定液后,再灌注培养好的菌液,最后循环灌注配置好的胶结液,胶结液中加入强化剂。本发明在MICP中通过增加强化剂,不仅能使松散的土被快速固化成型,并具有一定的无侧限抗压强度,跟常规的MICP方法比较,能大幅减少灌注次数,从而方便施工、节约材料;本发明简便易行、环境友好、固化周期短、节约资源,对促进MICP在工程领域的应用具有推动作用。
