The invention discloses roadbed filling and foundation pit backfilling in earth-rock engineering and a using method thereof. The roadbed filling and foundation pit backfilling and the using method thereof comprise an operation device and four positioning columns which are in up-down sliding connection with the operation device through a fixing plate and are arranged in an array, and the side wall, close to the symmetric center, of each positioning column is fixedly connected with an upper auxiliary plate and a lower auxiliary plate which are symmetrical in position. According to the roadbed filling and foundation pit backfilling and the using method thereof, a stretching device is arranged so that the diameter of an actual digging hole can be randomly enlarged, the digging operation of small-hole-in and large-hole-out is realized, compared with common digging and large-hole-out digging operation, this operation has the effects that the integrity of soil can be better preserved, the soil is convenient to take out, and backfilling of the soil when a digging device retreats from the hole is reduced; and a closing device is arranged so that an internal structure of an electric telescopic plate can be protected, the situation that the electric telescopic plate is blocked by soil to affect subsequent work is prevented, the service time is prolonged, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种土石方工程中的路基填筑及基坑回填及其使用方法，包括操作装置以及通过固定板与所述操作装置上下滑动连接的四个整列排列的定位柱，所述定位柱靠近对称中心的侧壁上固定连接有上下两个位置对称的辅助板；本发明内设有的拉伸装置可以随意的扩大实际挖掘洞口直径的大小，实现小口进大口出的挖掘作业，相比普通的挖掘，大口出的挖掘工作可以更好的保存泥土的完整性，便于泥土的取出，减少挖掘装置在退出洞口是泥土的回填，本发明内设有的闭合装置可以保护电动伸缩板的内部结构，防止电动伸缩板被泥土卡死，影响之后的工作，延长使用时间，减低维修成本。
