Prefabricated wall module for 3D printing, wall body and construction method of prefabricated wall module
The invention discloses a prefabricated wall module for 3D printing. The prefabricated wall module comprises a module main body and a joint part; the module main body comprises side walls which are oppositely arranged and a transverse partition plate connected to the end parts of the side walls, and a hollow cavity is defined by the side walls and the transverse partition plate; each end part of the module main body is provided with a joint part, each end part is provided with two side walls which are oppositely arranged and a transverse partition plate, the joint part comprises a side wall extension part, a first extension part, a second extension part and a third extension part which are connected in sequence, and the joint part is roughly in a hook shape when being observed from the vertical direction. The invention further relates to a wall body composed of the prefabricated wall module and a construction method of the wall body. Compared with a traditional masonry engineering construction method, the construction efficiency is high, especially for special-shaped or complex-shaped walls, materials are saved, the material performance is fully exerted, and lean construction can be achieved easily. The prefabricated wall module can serve as a permanent non-dismantling formwork of the stand column 1, compared with a traditional technology, formwork consumption and construction procedures are reduced, and the advantages of 3D printing are brought into full play.
本发明公开了一种3D打印的预制墙模块,其包括模块主体和接合部;模块主体包括相对设置的侧壁和连接侧壁端部的横隔板,侧壁和横隔板围成一个中空腔体;模块主体的每一个端部设置接合部,每一个端部具有两个相对设置的侧壁和一个横隔板,接合部包括依次相连的侧壁延伸部、第一延伸部、第二延伸部和第三延伸部,接合部从竖直方向观察大致呈弯钩形。本发明还涉及由上述预制墙模块组成的墙体及其施工方法。本发明相比传统砌筑工程施工方法,施工效率高,尤其是异形或者复杂形状墙体,节约材料,充分发挥材料性能,有利于实现精益建造。预制墙模块可以作为立柱1的永久免拆模板,相比传统工艺,减少模板消耗和施工工序,充分发挥了3D打印的优势。
