The present invention relates to prefabricated wall modules in which a horizontal coupler formed to protrude from the end portion of one prefabricated wall module is inserted into and fixed to the end portion of another prefabricated wall module, thereby easily and firmly coupling both the wall structures to each other, and reinforcing-bar arrangement work at a work site and constructing temporary construction resources can be omitted, thus enabling the shortening of construction duration. The prefabricated wall module of the present invention, which is for constructing a concrete wall structure, comprises: a plurality of main steel materials which are vertically arranged on the inner opposite sides of a wall structure; a plurality of horizontal support members for horizontally connecting the main steel materials adjacent to each other in the width direction; a plurality of spacing support members for connecting the main steel materials facing each other in the thickness direction; and a horizontal coupler which is formed to protrude from one side end or opposite side ends of the prefabricated wall module and inserted into the side end of another prefabricated wall module adjacent thereto.
