The invention relates to a grouting casing pipe for steel bar connection and a construction method thereof, wherein the grouting casing pipe comprises a pipe body, a grouting pipe, a grout discharging pipe, a connecting pipe and an adjusting valve; the pipe body is provided with a cavity inside, and insertion openings matched with steel bars are formed in the two opposite ends of the pipe body; the grouting pipe is fixed to the side wall of the bottom of the pipe body and communicates with an inner cavity; the grout discharging pipe is slantly arranged, the first end of the grout discharging pipe is fixed to the side wall of the pipe body and communicated with the inner cavity, and the second end of the grout discharging pipe is higher than the first end of the grout discharging pipe; the interior of the connecting pipe is through, the connecting pipe is fixedly inserted into the first end of the grout discharging pipe, and an opening in the first end of the connecting pipe is communicated with the pipe body; the adjusting valve is inserted into the connecting pipe in an elastic moving manner, and when the pipe body is not full of grout, the first end of the connecting pipe is opened through the adjusting valve, so that the grout in the grout discharging pipe is supplemented into the pipe body through the connecting pipe; and when the pipe body is filled with the grout, the first end of the connecting pipe is blocked through the adjusting valve. By means of the grouting casing pipe, the grout in the grout discharging pipe flows into the pipe body to be supplemented, it is ensured that the pipe body is full of the grout, and gaps exist in the pipe body are avoided.
本发明涉及一种用于钢筋连接的灌浆套管及其施工方法，其中灌浆套管包括：内部为空腔的管体，管体的相对两端设有适配于钢筋的插口；灌浆管，固定于管体底部的侧壁且连通于内腔；斜向设置的排浆管，第一端固定于管体的侧壁且连通于内腔，排浆管的第二端高于排浆管的第一端；内部贯通且插设固定于排浆管第一端的连接管，连接管的第一端开口连通于管体；以可弹性移动的方式插设于连接管的调节阀，当管体内灌浆未满时通过调节阀打开连接管的第一端，使得排浆管内的灌浆料通过连接管补充到管体内；当管体内灌浆注满时通过调节阀封堵连接管的第一端。本发明通过排浆管内的浆料流入管体内予以补充，确保管体内填满灌浆料避免管体存在空隙。
