The invention relates to a concrete pile reinforcing steel bar mechanical connector and a connecting method thereof. The mechanical connector comprises a male sleeve, an inserting pin, a female sleeve and an annular elastomer, wherein the male sleeve is sleeve-shaped, one end of the male sleeve is open, a through hole is formed in the other end of the male sleeve, the male sleeve is connected with a reinforcing steel bar through a pier head, and the inner ring of a threaded sleeve is provided with a connecting thread; the inserting pin is in a rod shape, threads are tapped on the rear half portion of the inserting pin, the threads of the inserting pin are screwed into a threaded hole of the male sleeve, a spherical extrusion head is arranged on the front portion of the inserting pin, the section of the spherical extrusion head is in an arc shape, and an annular clamping groove is formed in the rear portion of the spherical extrusion head; the female sleeve is in a sleeve shape and can be connected to the inserting pin in a sleeving mode, and a gap between the inserting pin and the female sleeve is filled with epoxy resin; the annular elastomer is installed in the female sleeve and matched with the clamping groove of the inserting pin to lock the inserting pin; and a through hole is formed in one end of the female sleeve and the end of the female sleeve is connected with a reinforcing steel bar through a pier head. The female sleeve and the male sleeve are clamped rapidly through the inserting pin and the annular elastomer, and the connecting efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种混凝土桩钢筋机械接头及其连接方法，机械接头包括：公套、插接销、母套、环形弹性体，所述公套为套筒状，一端开口，另一端设置通孔，公套与钢筋通过墩头连接，螺纹套筒内圈设置有连接螺纹。所述插接销为杆状，后半部分攻有螺牙，插接销的螺牙旋入公套的螺纹孔，插接销前部为球型挤压头，球型挤压头截面为弧形，所述球型挤压头后部设置有环形的卡接槽。所述母套为套筒状，母套可套接在插接销上，插接销与母套之间的间隙填充环氧树脂；母套内安装有环形弹性体，所述环形弹性体与插接销的卡接槽配合，锁住插接销；母套一端设置通孔，与钢筋通过墩头连接。本发明的母套、公套通过插接销、环形弹性体，卡接迅速，提高连接效率。
