Tooth clamping pre-tightening mechanical connector, precast concrete pile and connecting method
The invention discloses a tooth clamping pre-tightening mechanical connector, a precast concrete pile and a connecting method. The connector comprises an insertion rod with one end being an insertion head, a large nut provided with a containing cavity and a pre-tightening nut, and first teeth are arranged on the outer wall of the insertion head; the pre-tightening nut comprises a pre-tightening nut body and a plurality of elastic clamping pieces arranged in the circumferential direction of the pre-tightening nut body, wherein the inner walls of the elastic clamping pieces are provided with second teeth. The outer wall of the pre-tightening nut body is provided with a pre-tightening nut connecting part and a driving part. The pre-tightening nut connecting part is arranged in the containing cavity and connected with the large nut. The end, provided with the elastic clamping piece, of the pre-tightening nut body is arranged in the containing cavity. After the plug can be inserted into the pre-tightening nut body and the first teeth and the second teeth are clamped, the driving component can drive the pre-tightening nut to rotate and move in the axial direction of the large nut, and therefore the plug and the pre-tightening nut are locked in the axial direction of the large nut. The axial clearance between the plug and the pre-tightening nut is effectively eliminated, the drawing resistance, the shearing resistance or the bending resistance is improved, and no crack is generated at the joint of the precast concrete pile.

The connector comprises an insertion rod with one end being an insertion head, a large nut provided with a containing cavity and a pre-tightening nut, and first teeth are arranged on the outer wall of the insertion head; the pre-tightening nut comprises a pre-tightening nut body and a plurality of elastic clamping pieces arranged in the circumferential direction of the pre-tightening nut body, wherein the inner walls of the elastic clamping pieces are provided with second teeth.
