The invention provides a steel structure factory building roof structure installation method. The method comprises the following steps that a first rail and a second rail are horizontally arranged at the top ends of stand columns on the two sides of a factory building correspondingly to form a sliding rack moving rail; a roof installation sliding rack is erected at the hoisting and placing end of the sliding rack moving rail; a pre-built roof installation unit is placed on the roof installation sliding rack through hoisting equipment, and the roof installation sliding rack moves to a target installation position along the sliding rack moving rail through traction equipment; and the roof installation unit is installed to the target installation position, the roof installation sliding rack is moved out of the bottom of the roof installation unit, and the next roof installation unit is installed. By means of the method, and the problems that in the prior art, in a traditional roof installation technology, aloft work exists, the safety risk is high, the installation progress is slow, a civil engineering equipment foundation below cannot be excavated and constructed in the component hoisting process, and the construction period is affected can be solved.
本发明提供一种钢结构厂房屋面结构安装方法,包括如下步骤:在厂房两侧的立柱的顶端分别水平设置第一轨道和第二轨道形成滑移台架移动轨道;在滑移台架移动轨道的吊装安放端架设屋面安装滑移台架;通过吊装设备将预先搭建的屋面安装单元放置在屋面安装滑移台架上,并通过牵引设备,使屋面安装滑移台架沿着滑移台架移动轨道行至目标安装位置;将屋面安装单元安装至所述目标安装位置,并将屋面安装滑移台架从屋面安装单元的底部移出,进行下一个屋面安装单元的安装。利用本发明能够解决现有技术中传统屋面安装技术存在高空作业,安全风险高、安装进度慢、并且构件吊装过程中下方的土建设备基础不能开挖施工,影响工期等问题。
