A round hole is formed in the middle of the surface of the embedded plate, an outer cylinder is installed on the inner side of the round hole, an inner concave face is arranged on the inner wall of the outer cylinder, a buckle groove is formed in the bottom side of the surface of the outer cylinder, a bottom partition plate is installed at the bottom end of the embedded plate, connecting rods are arranged on the two sides of the bottom end of the bottom partition plate, and connecting bolts are arranged at one ends of the connecting rods. Through the arrangement of the corresponding bottom embedded structure and the anti-seismic structure, based on the elastic anti-seismic mode of the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, vibration fluctuation can be counteracted on the basis of components at the contact position so as to reduce the mutual resonance phenomenon among the multiple stand columns, and especially through the arranged inner clamping type embedded parts, the brittle fracture phenomenon at the embedded parts can be greatly reduced.
