The special-shaped outward-inclined glass railing structure comprises a supporting steel beam, a vertical rod, a steel rib and a glass veneer, wherein the supporting steel beam is mounted at the lower part of the outer edge of the hollow floor slab; a cantilever slab is paved at the upper part of the outer edge of the hollow floor slab; the cantilever slab extends to the outer part of the hollow floor slab; the vertical rod is vertically arranged on the cantilever slab; the inclined vertical rod is obliquely arranged towards the outer part of the hollow floor slab; the steel rib is obliquely arranged towards the outer part of the hollow floor slab; the inclination degree of the steel rib is adaptive to the inclination degree of the vertical rod; the lower part of the steel rib is mounted on the supporting steel beam; the upper part of the steel rib is supported on the cantilever slab; an inclined mounting surface is formed by the outer side face of the vertical rod and the outer side face of the steel rib; the glass veneer is arranged along the inclined mounting surface; the upper part of the glass veneer is connected to the vertical rod; and the lower part of the glass veneer is connected to the steel rib.
