The invention provides a prefabricated cover beam side formwork pre-positioning device. The prefabricated cover beam side formwork pre-positioning device comprises a fixed bottom plate, at least one prefabricated formwork, a plurality of first cushion blocks and a plurality of side template positioning devices, wherein the fixed bottom plate is provided with a first mounting face, and the first mounting face is provided with a plurality of mounting positions arranged on the side edge of the first mounting face in the circumferential direction; the at least one prefabricated formwork is fixed to the first mounting face through multiple installation positions, the at least one prefabricated formwork and the fixed bottom plate are matched to form a prefabricated pouring containing cavity, the prefabricated formwork comprises two prefabricated side formworks, and first mounting parts are arranged on the prefabricated side formworks; the multiple first cushion blocks are arranged at the lower side of the prefabricated bottom formwork, and second mounting parts are arranged at the two ends of each first cushion block correspondingly; and the multiple side formwork positioning devices are telescopically arranged between the first mounting parts and the second mounting parts. According to the prefabricated cover beam side formwork pre-positioning device, the problems that the prefabricated cover beam side formworks are prone to deviation during splicing and positioning, and positioning is inaccurate are solved.
