Concrete formula and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly relates to a concrete formula and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: adding to-be-mixed concrete solid-phase and liquid-phase raw materials into a device; mixing the solid-phase and liquid-phase raw materials into concrete through mixing and stirring; controlling falling and standing through a valve, and enabling the concrete to flow into a former inserted from the bottom in sequence through longitudinal intermittent motion; and automatically closing the former with the concrete in the falling process, and repeating the steps. A concrete preparation device is used in the concrete preparation method. The concrete preparation device comprises a concrete forming box, two inflow slots, a side T-shaped sliding block, two blocking insertion plates and an insertion plate bottom plate, wherein the two inflow slots are respectively formed in two ends of the concrete forming box; a concrete formula system is prepared from the following components in each cubic meter: 190 parts of water, 463 parts of cement, 489 parts of sand and 1258 parts of stones, the mass mixing ratio is 0.41: 1: 1.056: 1.717; the sand rate is 28 percent; and the water-cement ratio is 0.41.
