The invention relates to the technical field of high-end cruise ship and yacht manufacturing industry, in particular to polyurethane imitated teak outdoor waterproof furniture, which is manufactured by the following manufacturing processes: (1) selecting ocean plates and aluminum honeycomb plates; (2) pouring a polyurethane coating on the surface of the plate; (3) after the coating is cured, carrying out modeling scribed line carving on the surface of the polyurethane coating; (4) performing grouting treatment of polyurethane filler on the surface of the carved slot; (5) cutting the plate on which the polyurethane filler is poured to form accessories required by assembly; (6) assembling the accessories, and bonding joints through a polyurethane material; and (7) after all the accessories are firmly bonded and dried, carrying out polishing treatment. According to the invention, the furniture can be exposed in an outdoor environment for a long time, is not easy to age, can be renovated only by polishing the surface for the second time after being installed and used for a certain period of time, and can effectively reduce the influence of furniture renovation on ship operation.
