The invention relates to a staggered broadband noise reduction steel rail which is characterized in that first frequency band shock absorbers and second frequency band shock absorbers are distributed on a steel rail body, and the first frequency band shock absorbers and the second frequency band shock absorbers are staggered with each other and distributed in the axial direction of the steel rail; the first frequency band damper comprises two first damping units symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the steel rail body. Each first damping unit comprises a first resonance mass block and first elastic blocks arranged on the two sides of the first resonance mass block. The second frequency band damper comprises two second damping units symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the steel rail body, and each second damping unit comprises a second resonance mass block and second elastic blocks arranged on the two sides of the second resonance mass block. Compared with the prior art, various noise reduction structure principles are utilized, a wider noise reduction frequency band is formed, a good suppression effect on vibration sound radiation of the steel rail is achieved, and meanwhile the noise reduction frequency range of the steel rail is easily and directly adjusted and controlled.
