Pavement cleaning hot in-place recycling construction method
The invention provides a pavement cleaning hot in-place recycling construction method, unit equipment sequentially comprises at least three heaters, a raking device, a temperature raising device, a mixing device and a paver, and the construction method comprises the following steps: 1) carrying out stepped field boundary negative pressure smokeless cyclic heating on an old road surface by a plurality of heaters; (2) collecting the raked asphalt mixture into trapezoidal material ridges in a centralized mode through a raking device; (3) adding the raked and collected material ridges into a temperature raising device to be mixed with the new asphalt mixture, and carrying out centralized heating on the new and old asphalt mixture again through the temperature raising device to raise the temperature; 4) feeding the new and old asphalt mixture into a mixer, accurately weighing the new and old asphalt mixture through a weighing bin, and jointly putting the asphalt mixture and the additive which is weighed and metered at the same time into a mixing cylinder for stirring; (5) putting the asphalt regenerated material into a paver and paving the asphalt regenerated material on the regenerated pavement; 6) performing high-temperature rolling on the regenerated pavement; and 7) cooling the to-be-regenerated pavement and opening traffic.
本发明提供了一种路面清洁化就地热再生施工方法,其机组设备顺次包括至少三台加热器、一台耙松器、一台提温器、一台拌合器和一台摊铺机,施工方法包括以下步骤:1)、由多台加热器对旧路面进行阶梯式场界负压无烟式循环加热;2)、通过耙松器将耙松下来的沥青混合料集中收集成梯形料垄;3)、将耙松收集的料垄加入提温器与新沥青混合料相混合,通过提温器再次给新旧沥青混合料进行集中加热提高温度;4)、将新旧沥青混合料供入拌合器,经过称重料仓精确称量,将沥青混合料及同时称重计量的添加剂共同投放至拌合缸内搅拌;5)、沥青再生料放入摊铺机并摊铺到再生路面上;6)、对再生路面进行高温碾压;7)、待再生路面降温开放交通。
