Pavement cold-in-place recycling construction method
The invention relates to the technical field of road construction, and discloses a pavement in-situ cold recycling construction method which comprises the following construction steps: 1) traffic closing is performed on a construction road section; 2) cutting the two sides of the construction road surface to form a milling road section; (3) milling the milled road section to obtain an old asphalt material, adding a regeneration stabilizer, water and gravel aggregate into the old asphalt material, and stirring and mixing to form a mixture; 4) paving the mixture on a construction pavement by an asphalt paver; (5) a rolling scheme is formulated, so that the rolling times of all the parts are the same, and later maintenance is conducted; the in-situ cold regeneration process is carried out through a series of operation such as pretreatment of a construction pavement, addition of cement, a regeneration stabilizer, water and gravel aggregate, milling, paving and compaction, all the regeneration steps are completed step by step in sequence, the operation controllability is high, construction is flexible, the cost is lower, and waste discharge is reduced.
本发明涉及道路建设的技术领域,公开了路面就地冷再生施工方法,包括以下施工步骤:1)、对施工路段进行交通封闭;2)、先对施工路面的两侧进行切割,形成铣刨路段;3)、对铣刨路段进行铣刨,得到沥青旧料,并将沥青旧料加入再生稳定剂和水以及碎石骨料搅拌混合,形成混合料;4)、混合料由沥青摊铺机摊铺在施工路面上;5)、制订碾压方案,使各部分碾压到的次数相同,并进行后期养护;通过对施工路面预处理、加入水泥、再生稳定剂和水、碎石骨料、铣刨、摊铺和压实等一系列操作进行就地冷再生的过程,再生的各个步骤依次序逐步完成,操作可控性强,且施工灵活,其成本更加低廉,且减少了废料排放。
