The hydrophobic material wraps the sound-absorbing cotton and then is placed in the cavity of the sound-absorbing plate, and clips are placed on the periphery of the sound-absorbing cotton; the end plates are placed on the inner sides of the two ends of the sound absorption plate to form a cover-free box body; and finally, the sound insulation board is placed in a reserved position of the box body, and the sound absorption and insulation board is fixed by rivets to form a complete unit board.
