The invention relates to the technical field of underground drainage, in particular to an anti-blocking underground cavern drainage system. A plurality of drainage pipes can be arranged around the underground cavern, turning water guide hemispheres and bidirectional water guide lines are innovatively introduced to be matched, the bidirectional water guide lines actively absorb seepage water in soil and transfer the seepage water into the drainage pipes to be collected under the state of low displacement, under the state of high displacement, the turning water guide hemispheres can automatically sense and trigger the turning water guide action, by means of guide expansion of the double-stretching turning water guide hemispheres, on one hand, the double-stretching turning water guide hemispheres are forced to deeply extend into water to increase the water absorption rate, and on the other hand, the double-stretching turning water guide hemispheres are forced to extend upwards to achieve water guide connection with the bidirectional water guide lines to start reverse water transfer, excessive water in the drainage pipes is directly transferred to a water storage pad on the ground, and then dehydration recovery is performed based on physical extrusion action, so that the drainage pressure of the drainage pipes can be remarkably reduced, and the drainage safety of the underground cavern is effectively guaranteed.
