The invention relates to the technical field of coating roll-coating, and discloses a coating roll-coating device for a wall surface. The coating roll-coating device comprises a coating box, a conveying pump, a connecting pipe, a coating structure and a roller brush, the conveying pump is fixedly installed at the upper end of the coating box, the connecting pipe is fixedly connected to the right side of the conveying pump, and the coating structure is fixedly connected to one end of the connecting pipe; and the roller brush is rotationally installed at the upper end of the coating structure, and a material permeating mechanism used for material permeating is arranged in the roller brush. A foam layer is infiltrated before making contact with the wall, the wall surface is effectively brushed, then dripping of the coating is effectively reduced, waste of the coating is reduced to a great extent, the time needed for clearing the dripping coating is shortened, meanwhile, the capacity of preventing leakage and dripping is improved, waste of the coating is reduced, and the utilization rate of the coating is increased.
