The invention discloses a repairing structure and method for a reinforced concrete structure with a carbonized surface, and relates to the technical field of structure repairing. The repairing structure comprises a bottoming neat paste layer 2, an anti-crack mortar layer 3, a mortar surface layer 4 and an anti-carbonization surface layer 5 which are sequentially arranged on the surface of a reinforced concrete structure 1 with a carbonized surface layer removed; and the reinforcing layer is arranged between the anti-crack mortar layer 3 and the bottoming neat paste layer 2 and/or the reinforcing layer is arranged between the anti-crack mortar layer 3 and the mortar surface layer 4. According to the repairing structure, the thought of surface plastering and coating repairing is adopted, a shallow-layer repairing structure is formed, the removal thickness of the surface of the building is greatly reduced, steel bars in the building cannot be damaged in the repairing process, and good repairing and protecting effects are achieved.
