Design method of prefabricated factory building
The invention relates to a design method of a prefabricated factory building, and relates to the technical field of factory building structures. The design method comprises the following steps of (S1) preparing two frame columns of the required specification and a herringbone frame beam in advance; (S2) forming a pair of transverse foundation trenches in a foundation, forming longitudinal foundation trenches in the two opposite inner side walls of the transverse foundation trenches, inserting the bottoms of the frame columns into the transverse foundation trenches, pouring concrete into the transverse foundation trenches so as to form foundation piles, and fixedly connecting the foundation piles with the frame columns; and (S3) hoisting a frame beam to the position above the frame columns, and fixedly connecting the bottoms of both ends of the frame beam with the frame columns through bolts correspondingly. After installation is completed, the foundation piles formed through pouring are matched with the transverse foundation trenches and the longitudinal foundation trenches, so that the parts, in the longitudinal foundation trenches, of the foundation piles are not easy to move in the vertical direction under the limitation of the longitudinal foundation trenches, and the foundation piles are not easy to loosen in the vertical direction relative to the foundation, i.e. the anti-pulling performance in the vertical direction is good.
