The invention relates to the field of false teeth, and particularly discloses a nano baked porcelain false tooth and a preparation method thereof. The nano baked porcelain false tooth comprises a metal substrate and a baked porcelain material; preparation raw materials of titanium alloy comprise mixed metal powder and a binder according to the weight ratio of (3-5): 0.1; the mixed metal powder comprises, in percentage by mass, 2-4% of Mn, 9-12% of Mo, 3-5% of Si, 5-12% of Zn and the balance of titanium; the baked porcelain material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 3-10% of nano zirconium dioxide, 5-12% of nano titanium dioxide, 3-5% of nano hydroxyapatite/PVA composite material and the balance of nano silicon dioxide. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparation of the metal substrate, preparation of the baked porcelain material and false tooth forming. The bonding strength between the metal substrate of the nano baked porcelain false tooth and the baked porcelain material is effectively improved.
