The baked porcelain powder for the all-porcelain false tooth has a core-shell structure, a core layer of the baked porcelain powder comprises the following components in parts by mole: 0.5-3 parts of a potassium compound, 0.5-3 parts of an aluminum compound and 1-6 parts of tetraethoxysilane, and a shell layer of the baked porcelain powder comprises the following components in parts by mole: 70-85 parts of silica sol, 3-9 parts of the aluminum compound, 2-8 parts of the potassium compound, 2-7 parts of a sodium compound, 1-4 parts of boric acid, 0.3-3 parts of a calcium compound and 0-2 parts of a zinc compound. 0-2 parts of a magnesium compound and 0-1 part of a barium compound. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving raw materials of a core layer in absolute ethyl alcohol, drying, calcining, cooling, and ball-milling to obtain KAlSi2O6 powder; and dissolving the raw materials of the shell layer in deionized water, then adding the KAlSi2O6 powder, carrying out ball-milling mixing, carrying out spray drying, carrying out high-temperature calcination, cooling, and crushing to obtain the baked porcelain powder for the all-porcelain false tooth. The porcelain powder provided by the invention has good jade texture and high strength.
本发明的一种全瓷义齿用烤瓷粉具有核‑壳结构,其核层的摩尔份数组成为:钾的化合物0.5~3份,铝的化合物0.5~3份,正硅酸乙酯1~6份,其壳层的摩尔份数组成为:硅溶胶70~85份,铝的化合物3~9份,钾的化合物2~8份,钠的化合物2~7份,硼酸1~4份,钙的化合物0.3~3份,锌的化合物0~2份,镁的化合物0~2份,钡的化合物0~1份。制备过程如下:将核层的原材料溶解于无水乙醇中,干燥后进行煅烧,冷却后球磨获得KAlSi2O6粉体;同时将壳层的原材料溶解于去离子水中,随后加入上述KAlSi2O6粉体进行球磨混合,再经过喷雾干燥后进行高温煅烧,冷却后粉碎即获得本发明的全瓷义齿用烤瓷粉。本发明的烤瓷粉具有良好的玉质感、强度高。
