The invention discloses a preparation process of underwater polymer grouting slurry. The preparation process comprises the following steps of weighing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-35 parts of modified epoxy resin, 15-30 parts of filler, 50-80 parts of Portland cement, 5-10 parts of calcium sulphoaluminate, 0.5-1.5 parts of sodium gluconate, 0.01-0.05 part of nano silicon dioxide, 0.1-0.5 part of a water reducing agent, 1-5 parts of an anti-dispersion compound and 100-150 parts of water, mixing the modified epoxy resin, the Portland cement and the filler, and stirring at the rotating speed of 60-80 r/min for 2 hours to obtain a mixture, adding calcium sulphoaluminate, sodium gluconate, nano silicon dioxide, a water reducing agent and water into a stirrer, stirring, adding the mixture prepared in the second step, continuously stirring, and adding an anti-dispersion compound to prepare underwater polymer grouting slurry, and adding polyacrylamide and hydroxypropyl guar gum as anti-dispersing agents, so that the anti-dispersing effect of the slurry when the slurry is used underwater is improved.
