The invention relates to the field of tunnel grouting materials and grouting technologies, and particularly discloses water-rich tunnel grouting slurry and a grouting technology, the slurry is prepared from cement composite slurry and water glass, and the volume ratio of the cement composite slurry to the water glass is 4: (1-3); the cement composite slurry raw material comprises 40 parts of cement; 55-70 parts of a filler; 48 to 82 parts of water; 0.4 to 1.2 parts of a water reducing agent; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of an anti-corrosion agent; 1.3 to 2.7 parts of an anti-cracking agent; the anti-corrosion agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of basalt short fibers; 1-3 parts of bagasse powder; 1.5 to 4.5 parts of dicyclopentadiene; 3-8 parts of an insoluble polymer; 0.01 part of a polymerization inhibitor; and the baume degree of the water glass is 30 Be-39 Be. An advancing type deep hole grouting technology is adopted, and the grout is used for grouting. The method has the effect of improving the water erosion resistance of the surrounding rock.
