The manufacturing method of the novel negative oxygen ion composite rock plate comprises the following steps that S1, granite stone powder, gravel particles and inorganic clay with corresponding mass parts are weighed and fully mixed in a mixing barrel; S2, resin is added into the materials mixed in the step S1, and continuously stirring is conducted; S3, a curing agent and an accelerant are simultaneously added into the mixing barrel, and continuously stirring is conducted; S4, pressing is conducted through a pressing machine; S5, the rock plate pressed in the mold iscalcined at the temperature of 1200 DEG C; S6, the front face of the manufactured finished rock plate is coated with an adhesive, and then a negative ion layer is coated; S7, the back face of the rock plate is coated with ceramic tile back glue; and S8, the novel negative oxygen ion composite plate is manufactured.
