A central prefabricated isolation abutment is arranged in the center of an asphalt pavement, a bottom plate is arranged on the upper middle portion of the central prefabricated isolation abutment, vertical plates with clamping grooves are arranged on the two sides above the bottom plate and connected with the bottom plate, clamping groove notches are formed in the middles of the vertical plates with the clamping grooves, a soil layer bearing plate is arranged, the two ends of the soil layer bearing plate are inserted into the clamping groove notches in the vertical plates with the clamping grooves, and a plurality of water absorption rod plate penetrating preformed holes are formed in the soil layer bearing plate in rows in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction. The prefabricated greening abutment has the beneficial effects that water in a nourishing cavity can be continuously supplied to a soil layer in a soil layer containing groove through a water absorption conservation rod, so that the manual operation pressure of sanitation workers for watering vegetation is greatly relieved; and meanwhile, the problems of serious water accumulation of roads in rainy seasons, overhigh pavement temperature caused by sun irradiation on the asphalt pavement in hot summer, high operation frequency of municipal watering carts and excessive workload are solved.
