Prefabricated mounting bridge abutment
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a prefabricated installation bridge abutment which comprises a formwork, a pier column and an installation rod. An original cast-in-place bridge abutment is optimized into a prefabricated bridge abutment, specifically, a half-range bridge abutment is formed, a back wall and a second wall are prefabricated into two blocks, the position of a pipe pile and the top face elevation are strictly controlled during pile foundation implanting construction, pile heads penetrate into reserved holes of the bridge abutment by 6 cm, reserved grooves are formed in other components, gaps are compacted through high-strength shrinkage-free grouting materials, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved. The back wall and the ear wall are connected through embedded steel bars, a small amount of concrete is poured to achieve construction of the whole bridge abutment, and the construction efficiency is higher; the fixing bolts are inserted into the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece to be fixed, so that the device is clamped on a prefabricated bridge abutment, a rope of a lifting hook sequentially penetrates through the fixing holes to be connected, structural pieces are fixed to assemble needed parts, local materials are used, steel pipes are bent to be made, practicability is good, and the clamping blocks move in an arc shape with the rotating shaft as the center point; and the clamping blocks are clamped on the inner walls of the fixing grooves, and the fixing effect is achieved.
