The method comprises the following specific steps: 1, firstly, sundries in a damaged pavement are cleaned out; and 2, asphalt and other repairing raw materials needed for repairing the pavement are added into the pavement repairing device; through a scraping plate and a blocking plate, disintegrating slag crushed by a crushing drill bit is blocked, so that the disintegrating slag is reserved in a space between the scraping plate and the blocking plate, the scraping plate can scrape inwards, and the scraping plate drives scraping teeth to stir out the disintegrating slag in tooth openings; the stirred and blocked broken stones are intensively sucked into a dust collector through an air suction pipe, the problem that the disintegrating slag at tooth openings is difficult to clean is solved, and the splashed disintegrating slag is also blocked and collected, so that the dust collector intensively absorbs the broken slag conveniently, residues are avoided, the cleaning difficulty is reduced, the opening to be filled is cleaner, interference of disintegrating slag blocking in asphalt filling is avoided, and the quality of the repaired pavement is improved.
