The invention discloses a repair system for highway pavement maintenance, which comprises a main box body, a compaction mechanism is arranged in the main box body, a heating and stirring mechanism is arranged on the upper side of the compaction mechanism, and a stirring clutch mechanism is also arranged in the main box body; according to the device, asphalt in an asphalt stirring cavity is heated through a heating pipe, the flowability of the asphalt is improved, meanwhile, a memory spring is heated and contracted, a tensioning wheel moves forwards through a pull rope to tighten a transmission belt, a stirring rod is driven to rotate through rotation of a traveling wheel, then the asphalt is stirred, and therefore all components in the asphalt are mixed evenly; and then the stirred asphalt is paved to the damaged part of the pavement through the asphalt output cavity, so that the aim of repairing the pavement in time is fulfilled, the repairing efficiency is greatly improved, the traffic influence is reduced, and meanwhile, the pavement is compacted by utilizing the rolling compaction wheel, so that the secondary damage to the pavement at the normal position is avoided.
