Factory assembly integral manufacturing method for large-span steel bridge
The invention relates to a factory assembly integral manufacturing method for a large-span steel bridge, the large-span steel bridge is composed of a steel box girder and two steel arches symmetrically arranged on the steel box girder. The factory assembly integral manufacturing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing 15 box girder small sections used for forming the steel box girder, manufacturing a plurality of steel arch small sections used for forming the steel arches, and each steel arch comprising 19 steel arch small sections; arranging a plurality of assembling jig frames used for assembling the box girder and a plurality of assembling tower frames used for assembling the steel arches; arranging no less than two groups of sliding brackets; pre-splicing the box girder small sections and the steel arch small sections into large sections according to the hoisting capacity of a gantry crane; after the linetype of the steel bridge sections is accurately adjusted, carrying out welding of a circular seam and supplementary painting of paint to form the large-span steel bridge; dismantling the steel box girder jig frame and the steel arch tower frame, and supporting the main body of the large-span steel bridge on the sliding brackets; and enabling the whole large-span steel bridge to slide to a transport ship through the sliding brackets to be shipped to a bridge site for overall installation.
本发明涉及一种大跨径钢桥工厂装配化整体制造方法,大跨径钢桥由钢箱梁以及对称设置在钢箱梁上的两个钢拱组成,包括如下步骤:制作用于组成钢箱梁的15个箱梁小节段,制作用于组成钢拱的若干钢拱小节段,每个钢拱包括19个钢拱小节段;设置用于拼装箱梁的若干拼装胎架以及用于拼装钢拱的若干拼装塔架;以及不少于两组滑移支架;根据龙门吊的吊装能力将箱梁小节段、钢拱小节段节段的预拼成大节段;对钢桥节段线型的精确调节后进行环缝的焊接及油漆补涂,形成的大跨径钢桥;拆除钢箱梁胎架及钢拱塔架,大跨径钢桥的主体支承于滑移支架上;利用滑移支架将大跨径钢桥整体滑移至运输船上发运至桥位现场整体安装。
