Method and system for installing large steel bridge
The invention provides a method and a system for installing a large steel bridge, and is used for installing the large steel bridge on piers through a transport ship, the piers are provided with three-dimensional jacks, and the method comprises the steps that the whole assembled large steel bridge slides to the transport ship through a sliding supporting frame, and the large steel bridge is bound on the sliding supporting frame; the sliding support frame can bear self weight during shipment and load caused by marine acceleration during transportation; after the transport ship reaches a specified mounting position, anchoring and positioning, and ballasting by using a ballasting system so that the bridge bottom surface of the large steel bridge is in contact with the three-dimensional jacks on the bridge piers; the large steel bridge is supported by the three-dimensional jacks; and after the height of the transport ship between the bridge bottom surface of the large steel bridge and the sliding supporting frame reaches the safe height, the transport ship is moved out of the designated installation position, and installation is completed. According to the embodiment of the invention, the general assembly of the large steel bridge is completed before installation, and the jack is used for installation so that the construction difficulty is reduced.
