The invention discloses a construction method for reinforcing the two ends of a prestressed pipe pile. The construction method comprises the steps that firstly, drilling is carried out, and the diameter of a drilled hole is 800 mm; secondly, a form is erected at a position, 2-3 m in elevation, of the pile top of the prestressed pipe pile, and cement paste is injected to be manufactured into a cement solidification body; thirdly, after grouting in the second step is completed for three hours, the prestressed pipe pile with a grouting device is pressed into or driven into a soil pile well; fourthly, resistance enhancing measures are taken at the lower portion end of the prestressed pipe pile, the grouting technology of the grouting device is utilized, the soil bearing capacity of a soil layer at the pile end is improved through high-pressure grouting, and an expanded head is formed at the lower portion of the pile end; and fifthly, the frictional resistance of the side wall of the pile is enhanced, after the cement paste injected into the pile end reaches a certain pressure value, the cement paste continues to be injected, under the effect of pressure increase, the cement paste upwards gushes along the soil body around the pile, the frictional resistance of the side face of the pile body and the soil body is enhanced, and full play of the lateral frictional resistance of the pile body is improved till the cement paste reaches the cement solidification body.
本发明公开了一种预应力管桩二端加固施工方法:第一步,先进行钻孔,钻孔直径800mm;第二步,在预应力管桩桩顶标高2‑3米处支模注入水泥浆制作成水泥凝固体;第三步,在第二步注浆完成三个小时以后把带有注浆器的预应力管桩压入或者打入土体桩井内;第四步,对预应力管桩下部端采取阻力增强措施,利用注浆器注浆技术,把桩端土层通过高压注浆提高土体承载力,使桩端下部形成一个扩大头;第五步,增强桩侧壁摩阻力,桩端注水泥浆达到一定的压力值后,继续注入水泥浆,水泥浆在压力增大的作用下,沿桩周土体向上涌,增强桩身侧面与土体的摩阻力,提高桩体侧向摩阻力的充分发挥,直至水泥浆液到达水泥凝固体。
