Prestressed pipe pile defect reinforcing method and structure
The method comprises a prestressed pipe pile defect reinforcing method and structure. The method comprises the steps that I-shaped steel (1) provided with a stud (2) is inserted into a prestressed pipe pile (5) with a defect (6), the lower end of the I-shaped steel is two meters lower than the position of the defect, a round steel plate (3) is welded to the lower end of the I-shaped steel, and a set of pile top anchoring steel bars (4) are welded to the upper end of the I-shaped steel; and then pile core fine aggregate concrete (7) is poured into the prestressed pipe pile, and the defect of the prestressed pipe pile is reinforced through the I-shaped steel provided with the stud and the pile core fine aggregate concrete, wherein the I-shaped steel penetrates through the position of the defect in the prestressed pipe pile. According to the method and structure, the reinforcing technical problem of III-type piles of individual prestressed pipe piles in a site is effectively solved; the method and the structure have the characteristics of being short in pile repairing treatment period, low in technical difficulty and low in cost; and the economic and social benefits are good.
本发明公开了一种预应力管桩缺陷的补强方法及结构,本发明是在有缺陷(6)的预应力管桩(5)内插入一根设有栓钉(2)的工字钢(1),工字钢下端应低于缺陷处两米以上,工字钢下端焊接有圆钢板(3),工字钢上端焊接有一组桩顶锚固钢筋(4);然后在预应力管桩内浇筑桩芯细石混凝土(7),通过贯穿预应力管桩内缺陷处设有栓钉的工字钢和桩芯细石混凝土实现对预应力管桩缺陷的补强。本发明有效解决了场地内个别预应力管桩出现Ⅲ类桩的补强技术问题。本发明具有补桩处理工期短,技术难度小,成本低的特点。取得了较好的经济和社会效益。
