The construction method comprises the following steps that connecting angle steel in an upper connecting structure and a lower connecting structure is pre-mounted at a pre-embedded bolt through a locking nut in advance; meanwhile, vertical adjusting bolts are pre-mounted on adjusting embedded parts; during mounting, the prefabricated externally-hung wall panel is hoisted, the vertical adjusting bolts are abutted against frame beams of corresponding main body structures, the elevation of the prefabricated externally-hung wall panel is adjusted through the vertical adjusting bolts, and it is guaranteed that the position of the prefabricated externally-hung wall panel is accurate; then, transverse plates of the connecting angle steel in the upper connecting structure and the lower connecting structure are fixedly connected to the corresponding frame beams; and and finally, the locking nut is fastened to complete mounting. The construction method has the advantages of being simple in structure, safe, reliable and convenient to construct and mount on site.
