The invention discloses a prefabricated external wall panel reinforcing structure. The prefabricated externally-hung wall panel reinforcing structure comprises a prefabricated wall body, a reinforcement cage framework and a pouring formwork, the reinforcement cage framework is externally hung on one side of the prefabricated wall body, the pouring formwork is erected on one side of the reinforcement cage framework, and the prefabricated externally-hung wall panel reinforcing structure comprises a pre-embedded assembly and a reinforcing assembly, the embedded assembly protrudes relative to the prefabricated wall body to form a protruding part; one end of the telescopic assembly is connected with the protruding part, and the other end of the telescopic assembly can rotate around the protruding part. The telescopic assembly and the prefabricated wall body are connected through the pre-embedded assembly, and due to the fact that the pre-embedded assembly is provided with the protruding part, the compressive strength of the pre-embedded assembly is improved, the situation that the position of the telescopic assembly is changed due to deformation of the pre-embedded assembly is prevented, and the connection stability between the telescopic assembly and the prefabricated wall body is improved; therefore, the supporting strength of the telescopic assembly on the prefabricated wall is improved.
