The invention provides a formwork fixing piece. The formwork fixing piece comprises a column body part, a plate body part and an auxiliary part. An external thread is arranged on the outer wall of the column body part. The plate body part is connected to one end of the column body part, and the extension direction of the plate body part is perpendicular to the axis of the column body part. The auxiliary part is connected to the side, away from the column body part, of the plate body part and used for assisting in twisting the column body part. A fastening assembly comprises an embedded sleeve and the formwork fixing piece. A formwork structure comprises a formwork and the fastening assembly; a penetrating hole is formed in the plate face of the formwork and used for containing the column body part; and the embedded sleeve and the plate body part are located on the two sides of the formwork correspondingly and can clamp the formwork so that the plate body part can fix the formwork through friction force. According to the formwork fixing piece, the fastening assembly and the formwork structure, the plate body part and the column body part are integrated, so that after the embedded sleeve and the column body part are screwed, the plate body part presses the plate face of the formwork and fastens the formwork through friction force, and the purposes of efficiently fastening the formwork and reducing cost are achieved.
