The invention provides a pressure communication valve device for a hypobaric chamber. The pressure communication valve device comprises a communication valve rod, a communication valve seat, a sealing gasket and a check block, wherein the communication valve seat is welded on a chamber door; a threaded through hole is transversely formed in the middle of the communication valve seat; the communication valve rod is a hollow screw rod and is in threaded connection with a through hole in the middle of the communication valve seat; a groove is formed in the middle of the communication valve rod; the length of the groove in the communication valve rod is larger than that of the threaded through hole in the middle of the communication valve seat; the check block is fixed at the right end of the communication valve rod; and the sealing gasket is fixed to the left end face of the check block. The variable-frequency variable-air-volume air pressure balancing system is simple in structure and convenient to use, the valve can be opened and closed inside and outside the chamber, the gas discharging function of the micro-pressure environment is guaranteed, and good sealing property is achieved when the valve is closed.
