The present invention relates to a valve chamber for blocking water and sewage pipes. Parts forming each side of the valve chamber body are formed of a single metal plate. By press processing, a plurality of reinforcing grooves are formed at equal intervals in the vertical direction from the top to the bottom of the metal plate. By inserting a rectangular reinforcement bar into the reinforcing groove and fixing the same by partial welding, a bearing capacity against vertical load is maximized, and also the number of working hours can be reduced.
