The invention discloses a sealing protection device for kiln shell cracks of a Maerz active lime kiln, which comprises a preassembled plate, a fixed frame, a movable plate, a high-temperature-resistant sealing block and a threaded rod, the preassembled plate is attached to and fixed on the outer side of a kiln wall, a through hole corresponding to the kiln shell cracks is formed in the middle of the preassembled plate, the fixed frame is fixed on the outer side of the preassembled plate, the movable plate is located in the fixed frame and is parallel to the preassembled plate, the high-temperature-resistant sealing block is clamped between the movable plate and the preassembled plate and blocks a through hole in the preassembled plate, the threaded rod is matched with the fixed frame through threads, and one end of the threaded rod is vertically and fixedly pressed on the outer side of the movable plate. According to the device, the movable plate driven by the threaded rod is used for extruding the high-temperature-resistant sealing block, so that the high-temperature-resistant sealing block is deformed to seal cracks of the kiln shell, the structure is simple, the cost is low, the application range is wide, cracks of all parts on the kiln shell can be sealed, normal operation of the lime kiln is prevented from being influenced by air leakage of the kiln shell, and environmental pollution caused by dust escape is avoided.
