Ultra-large-volume high-strength low-hydration-heat concrete
The invention relates to the field of concrete materials, and particularly discloses ultra-large-volume high-strength low-hydration-heat concrete which is prepared from the following substances in parts by weight: 25-35 parts of cement, 70-80 parts of sand, 100-120 parts of coarse aggregate, 15-20 parts of water, 5-10 parts of admixture and 0.1-0.2 part of modified superplasticizer, wherein the admixture comprises fly ash, and the modified water reducing agent is a silane modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The silane modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer is used as a modified material, hydration of hydrated minerals and growth of hydration products are inhibited so that the heat production rate of hydration heat in the concrete is effectively reduced, the phenomenon that the hydration heat in the ultra-large-volume concrete is relatively high is further improved, and the mechanical strength of the concrete material is effectively improved.
