Novel UHPC simply-supported box girder splicing method
The invention discloses a novel UHPC simply-supported box girder splicing method, and the method comprises the following steps: transporting to a temporary storage position through a girder adjusting trolley, hoisting all segmental girders on a bracket in sequence, pre-pressing the bracket, and starting to adjust and splice the segmental girders after the bracket settles and stabilizes, wherein in order to reduce the splicing error, the segmental girders are spliced from a midspan block to a support end; meanwhile, in order to reduce the deformation influence of segment loads on the support, all segment beams are stored on the support, then segment splicing is started, the segment beams are adjusted by adopting a beam conveying trolley, adjustment is started from the midspan segment, and the first segment is temporarily fixed to the support after being adjusted in place; the box girder of the other box chamber of the single bridge is installed according to the steps, the transverse wet joints between the box girders are poured, single bridge segment assembly is completed, the box girders of the two box chambers of the other bridge are installed according to the steps, and compared with a traditional construction technology, the UHPC segment girder assembly method is more efficient, safer and more economical.
本发明公开一种新型的UHPC简支箱梁拼装方法,通过调梁小车运输到临时存放位置,依次将全部节段梁吊装上支架,对支架进行预压,支架沉降稳定后开始节段梁的调节及拼装,为减小拼装误差,节段梁拼装从跨中块开始往支座端进行,同时为减小节段荷载对支架的变形影响,将全部节段梁均存放到支架上后再开始节段拼装,节段梁调位采用运梁小车,从跨中节段开始调节,首个节段调整到位后与支架临时固定;按上述步骤安装单幅桥另一个箱室箱梁,浇筑箱梁间横向湿接缝,完成单幅桥节段拼装,按上述步骤安装另一幅桥两个箱室的箱梁,所采用以上UHPC节段梁的拼装方法和传统的施工工艺相比更具高效、安全、经济。
