The inspection well cover has the advantage of being good in anti-theft effect, the pin rod is driven to slide outwards along the movable groove through rotation of the cam, the end of the pin rod is matched with a limiting assembly, then the cover body is mounted and locked, and the anti-theft effect is achieved; and meanwhile, a second spring is arranged, a column rod can be tensioned, so that a second tooth piece on the upper portion of the column rod is tightly engaged with a first tooth piece at the bottom of the pin rod, and the situation that the pin rod is separated from the limiting assembly under the action of external force, and consequently theft prevention fails is avoided.
