The invention relates to an underground submerging sawing type curtain vertical laying seepage isolation device which comprises a vehicle, an underground sawing mechanism arranged at the front end of the vehicle and a curtain vertical laying mechanism arranged at the rear end of the vehicle. The underground sawing mechanism comprises a chain saw in transmission connection with the vehicle; and the curtain vertical laying mechanism comprises a curtain reel assembly and a mechanical arm arranged between the vehicle and the curtain reel assembly. Compared with the prior art, the device is used for seepage isolation and water stop of foundation pit engineering, through cooperation of the underground sawing mechanism, the curtain vertical laying mechanism and the vehicle, a groove is excavated in a place where a curtain needs to be put down, the curtain is vertically laid, and therefore the construction efficiency of the waterproof curtain is improved; and a control system is arranged on the device, and the vertical laying direction and the vertical laying quality of the curtain are controlled through a central controller, so that the defects of a traditional seepage isolation and water stop manner are overcome, and the underground submerging sawing type curtain vertical laying seepage isolation device has great significance in achieving rapid construction and structural safety of a foundation pit.
