The present invention relates to a floating pier (200) floating on the sea, and to a footbridge (100) functioning as a bridge to enable pedestrians to walk on or cargos to be transported through a top of the floating pier (200). The present invention provides the footbridge with the submersible floating pier comprising: a hollow bottom body (210); a pumping member (220) to submerge a bottom body by supplying seawater inside the bottom body (210) or to float the bottom body on the seawater by discharging the seawater contained inside the bottom body to the outside; and a vent pipe (230) installed in one side of the bottom body (210), discharging internal air to the outside when the bottom body (210) is submerged, and receiving external air inside when the bottom body (210) floats. The present invention obtains the effect of minimizing accidents by submerging the floating pier in case of bad weather such as a typhoon and, more specifically, the present invention obtains the effect of improving the durability by preventing damage to the floating pier. Additionally, the present invention obtains the effect of easily lifting the footbridge with little power while minimizing a load during a process of lifting the footbridge.
