The invention discloses an integrated rainwater recycling device and a construction method thereof. The integrated rainwater recycling device comprises a collecting mechanism, a temporary storage box and a storage box, the collecting mechanism comprises a collecting opening and an opening and closing assembly, the opening and closing assembly is arranged in the collecting opening and used for controlling opening and closing of the collecting opening, a conveying pipeline is arranged at the bottom of the collecting opening and communicates with the temporary storage box, the bottom of the storage box communicates with the top of the storage box and is connected with a connecting pipe, and the connecting pipe is provided with a control valve; the method comprises the following steps: a, conducting preparation before construction; b, assembling the collecting mechanism; c, connecting the temporary storage box with the collecting mechanism; and d, mounting the storage box. According to the integrated rainwater recycling device, the opening and closing assembly is mounted at the collecting opening, when rainwater needs to be collected, the opening and closing assembly operates to open the collecting opening, and the rainwater can be collected through the collecting opening; and when the rainwater does not need to be collected, the opening and closing assembly closes the collecting opening, so that sundries such as fallen leaves and winged insects are prevented from entering the collecting assembly, and normal use of the rainwater collecting device is guaranteed.
